Dear parents and guardians,
Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reported to us today that one of our support staff members was arrested over the weekend on sexual assault charges. The charges against this person are unrelated to our school or students. This individual has been placed on administrative leave, pending a police investigation. Again, the charges against this individual do not relate to any other person at Fox Creek.
Law enforcement and the courts will do their jobs in order to determine if a crime has been committed. We will assume the best for this individual and situation until we know otherwise. Our first priority is school safety and we will do everything in our power to reinforce a safe environment here at Fox Creek.
We will provide an update for you as information becomes available. At this time, this is all the information that we have to release.
