Summit’s boys and Battle Mountain’s girls have been the teams to beat all season, and that was no different last Friday in the alpine events in Winter Park. The clear front-runner in the race for girls skimeister (the best all-around skier) is Jamie Lee Roberts of Battle Mountain. Roberts has earned 80 skimeister points (the most possible) in the four events this season. State, both nordic and alpine events, will be Feb. 21-22 at Howelsen Hill in Steamboat Springs.
