A Westminster woman who crashed into a pizza place in Arvada yesterday has been arrested on drunken driving charges.
Police say Linda Lynn Rubles, 37, crashed her SUV into Woody’s Wood-Fired Pizza restaurant about 2 p.m. Monday.
Witnesses told officials that Rubles was turning from northbound Sheridan onto westbound 80th Avenue when she hit another car. Rubles lost control and then hit a parked vehicle and crashed into the restaurant.
A couple in the restaurant received minor injuries, and Rubles was taken to a hospital.
Arvada police spokeswoman Susan Median said Rubles faces charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving.
