AURORA — Two people were wounded Tuesday afternoon after a disturbance in an Aurora park, police said.

The victims, an adult man and a juvenile male, were reported in stable condition.

About 4:30 p.m., Aurora officers responded to High Hollow Park near East Louisiana Avenue and South Uravan Street after callers reported that between 20 and 50 juveniles had gathered in the park.

Aurora police Detective Shannon Lucy said the callers thought a fight was about to take place.

As police arrived, a sergeant reported hearing shots fired and chased a possible suspect on foot.

A suspect was found and arrested in the 17800 block of East Florida Place.
