PUEBLO — A prison guard has been issued a summons on accusations that she had sex with a male inmate at San Carlos Correctional Facility in Pueblo.
Thirty-two-year-old Dominique Romero, also known by the surname Rivas, faces a charge of sexual contact inside a correctional institution.
Prosecutors allege the relationship went on between Oct. 1 and Dec. 12. Corrections officials say Romero was fired Dec. 21.
