All the benefits of the no-call list have been “totally undermined” by robo calls, said Colorado Attorney General John Suthers. His support of a ban on the automated messages was shot down by a state legislative committee this month. “My guess is we’ll have the same problem in November that we had before Super Tuesday,” he said, noting some complained to his office that they received 10 to 15 robocalls a day in the week prior to the Feb. 5 political caucuses. “If that happens again and we can redirect some of this animosity to the legislature, it may change their tune.”
