DURANGO — A Fort Lewis College student has been diagnosed with mumps, and a second case is under investigation, according to the San Juan Basin Health Department.
All students, faculty and staff have been notified of the case, health officials said.
Colorado normally has fewer than five cases of mumps a year, according to state figures.
