This week’s quote
“I often sit with my eyes closed — and it doesn’t necessarily mean I’m awake.”
… Guess the show: It’s from a line of dialogue from a currently running play in Colorado. Register your guess as a comment at the bottom of this story.
Last week’s quote
“Never trust a journalist — especially a good one.”
That line was from Thomas Gibbons’ “Bee-Luther-Hatchee,” now being performed by the Modern Muse Theatre Company. Given the phat target the media makes in the artistic community, I have to admit I snickered a bit.
The line comes as advice from the best friend of a New York book editor, who is prepping for her interview with a New York Times reporter. Read more about the play
Your winning guesser: Alas, no one this week.
