I work in an imaging center, and people will talk on their phones while I am X-raying them. And I have one better than that — I was X-raying a teenager’s hand one day and with the other hand he was sitting there texting someone. So if ordering while being on the phone is a bother, imagine how you feel when you’re trying to take care of somebody’s health.
