A public meeting to discuss the proposed Woods Lake native fish restoration project is scheduled 6-8 p.m. on April 10 at the Wilkinson Library in Telluride.
A proposed 2009 project would eliminate all fish in Woods Lake and 4 miles of nearby stream to provide a habitat for a restored population of Colorado River cutthroat trout, the fish native to the area.
