There, I said it. That’s the extent of my fantasy-league advice for the 2008 baseball season. Or any other season, for that matter. That’s the beginning of it, the middle of it, and the end of it.
In other words, all those e-mailers asking me about the Rockies hitters — and, for a change, some of their pitchers — can give their fingers a rest. Not that they will, mind you. Everyone out there, it seems, is in a fantasy league.
Well, not everyone. But I read somewhere recently that more than 30 million Americans are in a league of some kind.
Great. Have at it. It’s a free country. But please don’t ask me to be your virtual GM. I’m busy following the continuing adventures of Brandon Marshall.
Besides, I’ve got my own fantasy league to worry about. I wouldn’t want to be giving out any secrets.
