A man shot to death Monday night has been identified as 29-year-old Jorge Valdez.
A man drove up beside Valdez near Ninth Avenue and Winona Court at 8 p.m. Monday, exchanged words with him and then shot him, said Sonny Jackson, Denver police spokesman.
“It appears there was some type of relationship between the two men,” he said.
