Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman can give his pen a rest. The Republican governor signed the last piece of legislation Tuesday from the legislature’s annual session. He signed more than 400 new laws and vetoed just one bill. Kim Burningham, a member of the state school board, said he and others are considering a lawsuit over a broad new law dealing with education. Burningham claims the law may be unconstitutional because it contains more than one subject. Huntsman has vetoed seven bills since 2005. The Associated Press
