It is time for coach Mike Shanahan to exit gracefully. I will always have a warm spot in my heart for Shanahan for the two Super Bowls that he has brought to the Broncos organization, but that was then, this is now. Shanahan has not been able to develop a championship team for 10 years now. I know that you are not going to go to the Super Bowl every year, but going to the playoffs would be nice once in a while. I have to agree with the gentleman named Jay from Dillon. You have to separate yourself from friendship and business. Owner Pat Bowlen needs to start running this organization like a business and maybe you might just start winning some games again, but with a different coach.

No loyalty to Elam
I think if you look at everything that’s been going on with the Broncos lately, not making the extra effort to re-sign kicker Jason Elam, especially after 15 years of loyalty and unparalleled performance, will be another indication that the team is in turmoil.
