Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin was suspended by the league today for Saturday’s game against Sacramento for too many flagrant foul points.

Martin was assessed a flagrant foul during Tuesday night’s game against Phoenix after striking Boris Diaw in the face. By league rules, Martin has accrued five points in flagrant fouls this season, prompting the suspension.

At the time the foul was a technical, but after the league reviewed the play it was changed to a flagrant foul.
