Enstrom Candies, a third-generation, family-owned company based in Grand Junction, has opened the old Stephany’s Chocolate store in Arvada.
In 2006, Enstrom owners Jamee Enstrom Simons and her husband, Doug Simons, purchased the assets of the bankrupt chocolatier for $1.5 million.
Enstrom will keep Stephany’s as its wholesale brand, selling chocolates at Safeway and Costco, while selling Enstrom Candies as the retail brand in the Arvada store.
