After 20 years at Dominion Plaza downtown, the Internal Revenue Service is moving about 800 employees to 1999 Broadway, a relocation that will include the Taxpayer Assistance Center. The move began Monday and will finish May 27.
The IRS had been located at 600 17th St. since 1988.
