Thursday. Poetry. Su Teatro’s ninth annual intergenerational Neruda Poetry Fest opens Thursday and continues through Saturday. Thursday’s opening event is a moving spoken-word tribute to Lalo Delgado, the first Denver poet laureate, featuring Su Teatro actors, local artists and scholars (8:05 p.m.). The fest includes panel discussions and a fierce slam competition. The featured guest artist is Nuyorican literary giant Sandra Maria Esteves (she performs Friday.
