Epicurean black truffle butter
We spotted this little tub at Whole Foods, and thought, “mmm . . . steak.” From a Colorado company, this heady spread is studded with black Urbani truffles from Italy that give the sweet cream an earthy flavor. It’s expensive ($8.99), but oh-so-good on red meat, pasta or just bread. It’s just one of many flavors from Epicurean, which will debut Mediterranean sea salt and lime sea salt in June.
