The Colorado Wildlife Commission will establish license numbers in limited license units for deer, elk, pronghorn, moose and bear at its 8:30 a.m. Thursday meeting in Grand Junction. The policy body also will consider a draft regulation that would establish an April 1-March 31 period for small- game, fishing and combination licenses to better coincide with conventional hunting dates. The commission also will convene a special 1-5 p.m. session today for a public discussion of an earlier legislative measure to mitigate the effects on energy development. Both meetings will be at the Holiday Inn, 755 Horizon Drive.
