Richard E. Schaden, founder and chairman of Quiznos and Consumer Capital Partners, on Tuesday announced a $15 million investment into Smashburger Development Co. to support its national expansion.
Smashburger, a fast-casual burger restaurant formed last year by Consumer Capital Partners, plans to expand to 15 to 20 locations in four new markets this year.
