The Small Business Administration announced Tuesday that low-interest disaster loans will be available to residents and businesses affected by the fire in Ordway earlier this month.
Steve Preston, an administrator for the SBA, declared a disaster, making the assistance available. Preston took the action after a request from Gov. Bill Ritter.
