BOULDER — Boulder police Monday released a sketch of a man who showed up without pants at the door of a home in the 700 block of Marine Street on Friday.
A 9-year-old girl answered the door. The man was nude from the waist down, she told police.
The flasher is described as a dark-skinned white, Hispanic or a biracial male with dark brown, short and curly hair that is thinning. He is believed to be between 20 and 30 years old, about 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall with a medium build.
