•June 17 in Fort Collins at the Fort Collins Senior Center; 4 to 6 p.m., open house; 6 p.m., public hearing.
•June 19 in Greeley at the University of Northern Colorado University Center; 6 to 7 p.m., open house; 7 p.m., public hearing.
