The Colorado Division of Wildlife has lifted the seasonal closure on the public shooting range located near the west side of Byers Canyon near Parshall. Each year, the range is shut down during the winter to protect wintering deer herds from disturbance. The range is open every day from dawn until dusk. A wildlife habitat stamp is required to use the area; observe posted rules.
