The Anschutz Foundation donated $15 million to the University of Colorado Denver on Thursday to create a health and wellness center.
The “soon-to-be-built” center will focus on health promotion and disease prevention, said UC Denver chancellor Roy Wilson and University of Colorado president Bruce Benson during a news conference.
James Hill, who directs the Center for Human Nutrition at UC Denver’s School of Medicine, will direct the new center.
