A 6-year-old boy was badly injured today when he bounced off a farm trailer and was run over by its wheels in Larimer County.
The accident happened at about 5:45 p.m., according to the state patrol. The farm is at 2160 Larimer County Road 74-E west of Livermore.
Nicholas Boaz was airlifted to the Medical Center of the Rockies in Fort Collins, then airlifted again to The Childrens Hospital in Aurora, said Trooper Gilbert Mares.
He is listed in serious condition. The accident is under a routine investigation, he said.
