Authorities say a Seattle University associate professor of military science has been arrested in Cañon City, accused of several crimes related to soliciting a child for prostitution.
Cañon City police say 41-year-old Andrew Douglas Franz flew to Colorado last week to meet what he thought was an underage girl with whom he had been corresponding online. Instead, Franz was corresponding with a law enforcement team.
