Natural-gas prices are going up, but bills for Xcel Energy customers are expected to drop in June because of expected warmer weather.
Xcel said that although June gas prices will be 10 percent higher than in May, the average residential bill will drop to $37.02 from $44.62 in May.
Typical small-business customers will pay $147.31 for gas in June compared with $206.24 in May.
