GREELEY — A natural-gas company plans to set up equipment to drill five wells under a local high school.
Francis Energy says the rig will be on private property about 1,500 feet from Northridge High School and will access the well sites underground.
Representatives of the company and the Greeley-Evans school district say the project will boost the district’s coffers with royalty payments.
