George Karl had his left hip replaced today during a two-hour surgery at Rose Hospital, the Nuggets reported.
The Nuggets head coach is expected to be able to walk without a cane in seven to 10 days. The procedure was done by Dr. Hal Crane of Orthopedic Associates, which is the team’s orthopedic group.
