•To find out about the welfare of a loved one, the American Red Cross offers the “Safe and Well” website in English and Spanish. Go to and click on the “Register as SAFE AND WELL” icon on the home page under Find It Fast. Tornado victims can register themselves, and loved ones outside the area can search the site for information.

•The University of Northern Colorado is offering temporary housing. Call 970-351-2175.
Evacuation
•Law enforcement has closed off and evacuated part of Windsor. The area is bounded by U.S. 257, Eastman Park Drive, Seventh Street and Chestnut Street. Officials will reassess the situation this morning and decide when residents can return to their homes.
Medical assistance
•The Cheyenne VA Medical Center and its clinics in Greeley and Fort Collins are available to provide assistance for veterans with medical needs, including mental health counseling.
