U.S. District Court for the State of Colorado will be closed, as will the Colorado Supreme Court and state and federal courts statewide.
The Consulate General of Mexico in Denver office will also be closed.

Trash pickup: Trash collection and recycling services in Denver will operate on a one-day-delayed holiday schedule. All suburban trash pickup is by private contractor. Please contact individual providers for trash pickup information.

Today’s eventsThe Aurora Veterans Affairs Commission is having a Memorial Day Flag Ceremony and POW/MIA Flag Ceremony at noon at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Ave., at the east flagpoles.
Broomfield will have a Memorial Day picnic from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Broomfield County Commons Park, off Sheridan Boulevard between West 128th and West 136th avenues.
Commerce City’s annual Memorial Day Parade will begin at 10 a.m. at East 64th Avenue and Newport Street and end at the Veterans War Memorial at Forest Street and Parkway Drive. For information, 303-289-3767.
The Town of Dillon is hosting its annual Memorial Day Service at 10 a.m. at the Dillon Cemetery, on U.S. 6 between Swan Mountain Road and the Town of Dillon.
Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 Sheridan Blvd., is having a service at 11 a.m. at the flagpole. Gov. Ritter; Brig. Trulan A. Eyre, commander of the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard; and Janice Jacobs, director of the VA Denver Regional Office, will attend.
The Marine Corps will have a ceremony at 2 p.m. It will be at the Marine Corps Memorial at East 6th Avenue and Colfax Avenue in Aurora. The program will feature military dogs.
The veterans of the famous 10th Mountain Division of World War II will hold a Memorial Day ceremony at 11 a.m. at the 10th Mountain Division Memorial Monument at Tennessee Pass.
A Memorial Day service, sponsored by Nisei Veteran Heritage Foundation and Mile-Hi Chapter Japanese American Citizen League, will be at 11 a.m. in Fairmount Cemetery, 430 S. Quebec St.
