An Edwards man has been charged with cocaine possession and distribution after he allegedly sold 3.1 grams to an informant.
The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office arrested Oscar Torres Avila, 30. He is being held on $15,000 bond.
Immigration Custom Enforcement agents are investigating whether Avila is in the country legally, the sheriff’s office said.
