LOVELAND — A 26-year-old man was killed when he drove off an embankment and crashed Saturday and is suspected of drunken driving, officials say.
Joel Embree of Loveland was pronounced dead after police were called to the scene in the 1600 block of South Taft at 9:17 a.m., said Sgt. Chuck Higney, Loveland police spokesman.
Toxicology tests will confirm whether Embree was intoxicated at the time of the crash, Higney said.
