CARR, Colo.—Weld County sheriff’s officials say a male fetus found in a portable toilet was stillborn.
A person cleaning the toilet at a sand and gravel business outside Carr discovered the fetus Wednesday when a vacuum system used to clean it shut down.
An autopsy was completed Friday. Sheriff’s officials say the fetus was believed to be 6 to 7 months along.
Carr is about 8 miles south of the Wyoming border.
Authorities are trying to find the mother.
