DENVER—Denver Nuggets All-Star Carmelo Anthony has paid a $130 fine for speeding and didn’t have to show up in court this week.

Denver police ticketed Anthony on May 3 for driving 60 mph in a 45-mph zone. Court records show he paid the fine by mail on May 23, avoiding an arraignment hearing scheduled for Monday.

The 24-year-old still faces a DUI charge stemming from his April 14 arrest in Denver. He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday on that charge.
