Police have arrested a man suspected of trying to lure an 11-year-old girl into his vehicle Saturday. Mohammed Al Hamdani, 39, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Broadway, Tuesday.
The girl reported that she met a man, who spoke broken English, at James A. Bible Park at South Quebec Street and East Yale Avenue. She took his picture with her phone and then ran away.
