A Colorado Springs man was shot and killed early Sunday morning at the One Sports Bar & Grill in Colorado Springs.
Police officers were dispatched to the bar at 1840 N. Academy Boulevard at 1:10 a.m. to investigate a report of shots fired. The officers found the victim, 32-year-old Keith Lewis, inside the bar.
Detective Derek Graham of the Violent Crimes Unit said Lewis was transported to Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The perpetrator fled before officers arrived. Graham said no suspects have been identified.
Lewis’ death from multiple gunshot wounds was ruled a homicide. It is Colorado Springs’ 13th homicide this year.
