Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield added Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette to its hospital network, effective today.
The center, which opened in December 2004, provides 24-hour comprehensive medical services to Boulder, Broomfield, Weld and Adams counties.
