Lyfe Jennings reigns in the mindless button-popping of other neo-soul practitioners for sultry introspection. The multi-instrumentalist’s attempts at classic songcraft are occasionally overwrought but always sincere. Tuesday at the Ogden Theatre with the excellently named Ray Lavender. $27.
