DENVER — A MillerCoors spokesman says the site of the company’s headquarters should be announced this month.
MillerCoors combines the U.S. and Puerto Rico operations of SABMiller PLC and Molson Coors Brewing Co. It began operating as a combined entity Tuesday, without saying where its corporate headquarters would be.
For now, MillerCoors chief executive Leo Kiely is working at an interim office in the Denver suburb of Westminster.
MillerCoors spokesman Julian Green says an announcement on where the company’s headquarters will be should come this month.
Molson Coors has executive offices in Denver, and its Coors Brewing Co. is headquartered in Golden.
London-based SABMiller’s Miller Brewing Co. is based in Milwaukee.
