The city has given Tent State University a conditional assembly permit so the group can bring an expected 20,000 protestors to City Park. The city, however, must first provides detailed plans by Aug. 8 for:
Use of the southwest portion of the park.
For managing noise.
For trash collection and removal, including recycling.
For Portalets and drinking water.
For vendor activities.
For logistics of setup and takedown of temporary structures.
For security, including monitoring alcohol use and after-hours camping.
For parking.
For communicating with community and city organizations.
For abiding by all other city rules and regulations.
