Getting your player ready...
LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska linebacker Cody Glenn says he would volunteer to play running back again if coaches needed him there.
Glenn spent his first three years at Nebraska as an I-back. He moved to linebacker in the spring.
He says the Huskers are solid at I-back with Marlon Lucky, Roy Helu-Junior and Quentin Castille.
But a smiling Glenn says he’s told offensive coordinator Shawn Watson that if it’s first-and-goal from the one-yard line, he’s ready to have his number called.
