Ski Club Vail’s Lindsey Vonn, reigning World Cup overall women’s alpine skiing champion who was named recipient of the Competitor of the Year Award by the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum and Hall of Fame in Vail. Vonn will receive the award in Denver on her 24th birthday (Oct. 18). She has 13 career World Cup victories.
