The development arm of Passco, a California- based real-estate company, has acquired a 20-acre site for industrial development within the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville, near ConocoPhillips’ planned alternative- energy research hub.
Passco expects to break ground this fall on the first phase of the development, called One Technology Center, which will include an 84,000-square-foot building for technology-related companies.
The development will include two other phases and total 268,000 square feet at completion.
