An autopsy determined that the death of Army Sgt. 1st Class Jason Dene was an accident. His body contained elevated levels of an Army-prescribed antidepressant drug called an SSRI, which his father said was being used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. A story published Aug. 25 on Page 1A contained an incomplete description of how authorities believe Dene died.
