The Broncos have traded backup receiver Keary Colbert to receiver-starved Seattle in exchange for a 2009 draft pick.
The Broncos had signed Colbert as a free agent this offseason, giving him a $2.5 million signing bonus and a 3-year, $7.2 million contract. However, after signing Colbert, the Broncos selected Eddie Royal in the second round of the draft and signed veteran receiver Darrell Jackson.
In two games for the Broncos, Colbert did not catch a pass.
