Regulators have asked a judge to extend an order staying depositions of four former Qwest executives in a civil lawsuit that alleges that actions of former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio and others allowed Qwest to improperly report revenue.
The Securities and Exchange Commission said it requested the 90-day extension Wednesday so that Nacchio can’t use information obtained from depositions in any criminal trials.
