Several Colorado-based financial institutions are among those whose stock can’t be shorted under a temporary emergency order issued Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The SEC said the companies include CoBiz Financial, Guaranty Bancorp, United Western Bancorp and money manager Janus Capital Group.
